Summary of the year 2023 and presentation of the October-December quarterly report

Positive trends in dealing with construction safety in Israel: In 2023, there was an increase of about 25% in the number of companies certified for Safety Stars. This was also the year in which the Registrar of Contractors first recognized the Safety Stars program as "a program that demonstrates ongoing management efforts to prevent accidents on construction sites." The efforts of those engaged in the trade have undoubtedly borne fruit. 

 Do you have construction insurance ? We recommend that you review the important document of the recently published report of the Construction Industry Safety Headquarters (a headquarters operating under the Contractors Association, the Building and Wood Workers' Federation, and the Foundation for the Encouragement and Development of the Construction Industry in Israel). The report summarizes without filters (but briefly and to the point) the year 2023. No less important, it offers a sober reference to 2024, including short- and long-term operational steps.
